Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please keep in mind, delivery delays can occasionally occur; this is out of our control.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

 

Nirvana’s Treasures ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We also do not ship to the State of Alabama, which prohibits the sale and use of adult novelty items.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

 

Damages or Lost Packages

 

Nirvana’s Treasures is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please email us at info@nirvanastreasures.com and contact the shipment carrier in order to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package was lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. If you have not received a package and the tracking says the items were delivered, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

 

U.S. Shipping Restrictions

With the restrictions of the advertising or sale of adult novelty products, we currently prohibit shipping to the State of Alabama. Please check the Bylaws of your State before ordering. Nirvana's Treasures, LLC, will NOT be responsible for any orders that are confiscated and not delivered to you.
